Bldr. Olufunmilayo Adelabi Osabinu

Bldr. (Mrs) Olufunmilayo Adelabi Osabinu is a vivacious and creative woman with specialty in Building finishes towards creating safe and sustainable buildings.

She is a Chartered Builder with twelve years experience in the Building industry. She has worked on a wide range on buildings ranging from personal residences, multi storey apartment blocks, to commercial buildings including shopping malls, banks and offices.

She graduated from the Prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife in year 2012.

She loves to see projects from inception to completion; and her sharp eye for detail and natural organizing skills makes her an excellent project manager and thorough Construction Professional.

An astute Professional discharging her duties in various positions and organisations she belongs to such as; Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON), The Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB), Nigerian Institute of Builders in Facilities Management (NIBIFM), DEXA et al.

She currently holds various Leadership positions in the associations she belongs to.

  • She is the Assistant Honorary Secretary for The Nigerian Institute of Building Lagos State Chapter
    • She is the Editor-in-Chief of Junior Chamber International Ikeja
  • She is the General Secretary for St Louis Akure Old Girls Association Lagos State Chapter.

Olufunmilayo coaches women through many areas of personal development including goal setting, time management, and overcoming procrastination. She does these through one-on-one sessions, group coaching and online courses.

Olufunmilayo is married to her best friend and together they’ve been blessed with God-fearing children.
When she’s not building, project managing, writing or coaching, Olufunmilayo loves to read, listen to music and travel.
She hopes to learn to play golf someday.
She is passionate about Women empowerment and girl child advocacy.

Olufunmilayo lives in Lagos and likes to be known as a favorite child of Abba.
